SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are posted Royal Mail 1st class (Signed For) from Greater Manchester, England. We include your barcode number in the email sent out to you once your item has been completed and dispatched. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. We use sustainable packaging to reduce environmental impact.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For any reason an item doesn’t work out for you, we offer an exchange or store credit providing you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Your item must be returned with original packaging and tags, unworn and unwashed. Items should be posted back to us prepaid within 14 days of the original shipping date. We recommend that you insure the package and get a tracking number, as Elysha cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
